Temperature controlled building

Chilled temperature warehouse

You’d probably laugh at the thought of the need for chilled temperature warehouses, with all this terrible weather we’re experiencing, wouldn’t you?

But when you need to keep a constant temperature of 4°, you can’t rely on the weather being as cold as it has been, so far this summer.

What you have to do, as we’ve done here, is provide a building with an insulated base, and 120mm insulated panels on the roof and walls, to maximize the insulation values, to minimise the cost of chilling.

Whilst it wouldn’t be ethical to publish the cost of this design and build, I think you’d be very surprised at how cost-effective it was.

And as capital expenditure budgets are harder to get approved than ever before, and as people are looking to save money wherever possible, our turn-key design and build service is becoming more and more popular.

But this isn’t about us, I’m simply writing to demonstrate the value you can get from our latest range of prmanent steel buildings.

So if you’re looking to build or extend, for literally any industrial or commercial application, give us a go before you dismiss the idea as too expensive.

Because I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the outcome.

Hope so anyway.
