Our own full-time directly employed staff handled the design, the civil engineering/ground works and installation of the building to completion, in 19 days from start to finish.

We laid a concrete foundation of 200mm with reinforced steel, in three days, with then a five day period for the concrete to cure.

Then the building was installed over a 10 day period, with the final day left for installation of the roller shutter door.

It’s not only given this company a very attractive looking private viewing area to display their range of high-end cars, it’s increased the overall property value because the building will appreciate as the land appreciates in value, over time.

The building was clad using Building Regulation L2 standard cladding with a 50 year manufacturer’s warranty.
