Hire A Temporary Building
What's quicker and easier - a building that doesn't cost a penny upfront - or one with a £9k installation charge - and a quarter's rent(about £3k) up front?
Your Financial Director will tell you it's the first option because unsurprisingly they'd rather keep hold of their £12k.
So that's exactly what we do.
We don't charge a penny up front, unlike everybody else, so you get your building without having to go cap in hand to anyone.
Naturally, you'll still have to get signed off.
So we've made that really easy for you too, because the first question you'll be asked is, "How long are we stuck with it for?"
Try explaining to your FD you'll be lumbered with it even when things change.
He or she won't like that - so we don't do it.
Pick up the phone, give us seven days and it's gone.
Everybody else will tie you in with an iron clad contract.
Of course, you'll get a cracking price off anyone if you sign up for some time - so we do the same.
The longer you keep our building, the more we discount the rent.
In fact the bean counters upstairs will tell you there's very little difference when it comes to price between us and others - until you want to get rid of it.
It's then you'll start getting abuse from the powers that be if you've committed to a term (you don't even sign a contract with us).
So you see, we make really easy for you to get exactly the building you need - quickly - and without having to jump through hoops.
But back to your more immediate needs.
You want a building - and quick.
Do you know what else you need? A free digital camera.
There are two good reasons for this.
The first is so you can take pictures of the carnage when a lorry or forklift decides to reshape your new building.
That way we know what to bring to fix it.
The second reason is so you can take some good holiday snaps.
And when a forklift does accidentally create a new door way (which is often by the way) - there are three things that won't mean anything to you now - but are big deals when disaster strikes:
i) If we're not there within 24 hours of when we say we'll be there you get one week free rent. Now that won't mean a monkey's to you either - but it will to our gaffer. So we're always there on time. A comforting thought when it's gone 7pm and you're trying to patch up your fork lift's handiwork on the one night you to leave on time to pick your little smasher up from footie practice).
ii) We won't ask for thousands to be paid in to our bank account before we even bother to get in the wagon.
iii) Weekends won't stop us coming.
So there you go.
You need a building and you've got a huge choice of suppliers - but only one that knows what it's like at the sharp end.
Your end.
Which is why we make it easy for YOU to get a building that will make your life - and everyone else's - a lot, lot easier.
There's no two ways about it.
Any FD would shoot anyone who locks them in to a fixed lengthy term, costs money upfront and didn't also explore the option of buying a building.
The rule of thumb is if you're renting a building for more than 18 months, you may have well bought it.
But here's the laughable bit: what would you rather buy, a temporary structure or a solid, permanent, steel clad building - that costs the same (we supply both by the way).
Can you believe that?
It costs pretty much the same to buy a rock solid permanent building.
And here's the part your FD will love - they increase in value exactly as a bricks and mortar one do.
I've got to be honest, the chances are if this is news to you, it's definitely going to be news to your financial director.
But I'll bet you he or she will like it.
But - maybe you just need a temporary fix - either way I'd wager your FD will give you what you want quicker - and with less fuss - with our terms.
You can rent a temporary building off us.
If you want to buy it, you can.
Or if a permanent, steel clad building appeals more to your FD, that's fine too.
