The way things are right now, any savings you can make are not to be sniffed at, but a saving of over 3/4 of a million; surely that's worth your serious attention...
And that's precisely what happened recently when a company aked us to supply a 50mtr x 18mtr insulated building at their national distribution centre.
Here's a couple of external pictures, taken as the project was signed off:


This particular company have a plan to build a permanent extension to cope with increased stock holdings, but at a cost in excess of £900,000.00 for a conventional warehouse, they have opted for one of our 'Instant' warehouses, which came in at a fraction of the cost.
And with the building now racked out and ready for operations, they are intending to use our 'instant' warehouse for a period of up to four years, when they will decide whether to replace it with a new conventional unit, or leave it in place.
And of course, another advantage with our building is; we've given them a guaranteed buy-back option, should they decide to go ahead and have a new unit built, so they can't lose.....

As is often the case with the pictures we take, these pictures really do not do this building justice because it's going to give these people all the benefits of the additional space they need, but at a fraction of their original intended spend.
So like them, if you have a project you are considering and are may be holding back due to the uncertainty over budgets, or are waiting to find out if you have the available capital to build a new unit, give us a call before you do because you'll find you can have one of our 'instant' warehouses, in a fraction of the time of a conventional unit......And, at a fraction of the cost too.....
